AN/TPQ-43 Seek Score...

An "I" band target tracking radar, the Seek Score replaced the AN/MSQ-46, AN/MSQ-77 and AN/TSQ-96 tracking radars.  Like its predecessors, it operates in the band from 8500-9600 MHz using a tunable magnetron.  Developed from the AN/TPB-1C and 1D systems, it too, is also capable of ground directed bombing as well as radar bomb scoring.  Along with the principle RF tracking mode, it also has the capability for optical tracking.
