CAPTAIN: CRISEDA ROSA (Post President)
*Serves as the youth leader of the post.
*Presides all post officers' seminars.
*Represents the post at meetings of the Explorer Presidents' Association and program planning conferences, and is available to report to the chartered organization and post committee.
*Appoints youth chairpersons of special projects.
*Assists the post Advisor in conducting the post officers' seminar.
*Presents the annual report to the chartered organization at the conclusion of his term of office.
*Oversees the operations of the other officers.
FIRST LIEUTENANT: DANIEL GEORGE (First Vice President)
*Serves as the administrative officer of the post.
*Assumes the duties of the post president in his absence.
*Directs the recruiting and admission of new members during the year.
*Conducts opening and closing ceremonies for special occasions as scheduled.
*Attends all post activities
*Participates in the semiannual Explorer program planning conferences.
SECOND LIEUTENANT: FERNANDO GRANTHON (Second Vice President)
*Serves as the program officer of the post.
*Collects and maintains a post activity file consisting of:
*The Program capability inventory
*A list of post member suggestions
*Program resources
*The annual activity schedule.
*Maintains a file on post activities.
* Attends all unit meetings.
*Directs the efforts of all activity committees.
SECOND SERGEANT: GIRALDO NELSON (Post Tresurer)
*Serves as the financial officer of the post.
*Maintains financial records and monitors the post budget, if necessary.
*Collects and records dues
*Attends program planning conferences and all post officers' and post meetings.
*Collects registration fees and registers all new members during the year.
FIRST SERGEANT: OSCAR BALLADARES (Post Secretary)
*Serves as the communications officer of the post.
*Maintains attendance records.
*Maintains post membership records.
*Handles post correspondence.
*Coordinates post publicity through local media, Post newsletters, and the Post's telephone network.
