Don't have a computer? Well, that is no reason not to have email. Yahoo! now allows you to recieve email and let you listen to it over any phone.
You do have access to a computer with internet service but you don't have an email address? You can either set up your own @stateguard.i-p.com email address or just go to the Free Email Address Directory and find the free service that is right for you!
As for a website? Right here at Geocities is probably the best place on the net to put up a website.
Or, need a intranet for your unit? go to intranets.com and set up a free restricted access intranet for your unit.
Need to send sensative info over the internet get a free encrypted email account at hushmail.com and you don't have to worry. (as long as you are sending it to another hushmail account)
