My favorite musical artist of all time would have to be Reginald Dwight "a.k.a. Elton John". This man, I greatly respect his talents in the pop music field. I started listening to his music when I was in the 3rd grade, and now, I am still amazed that this man, still cranks out the hits every year, and every song that he makes is a hit. KEEP CRANKING THEM OUT ELTON!!!!!
My next favorite musical artist would be Selena-Quintanilla- Perez. This lady was an extremely talented, and lovely singer, and it is sad that her president extorted money from her and her fans, and then made the biggest mistake of all, and that was to shoot her in the back at a Days Inn motel in Corpus Christi, Texas. To me, the root of all evil is money, and it can turn some people completely violent all for the greed of having it. What made it even worse is when Howard Stern dishonored her memory. Selena meant a lot to her fans, as well as her family, and never let fame and fortune come in the way of her music or fans. Maybe that is why she is loved around the country of the USA, as well as in Mexico, and hopefully she touched some people around the world. I would have loved to see one of her concerts.

I am, however upset at the RIAA (Recording Industry of Associated Artists). The RIAA is a bunch of overpaid, greedy, selfish babies that need their diaper changed, because they probably need a good changing of their dirty diapers. It is amazing to me, that despite American Men and Women serving overseas and not only engaged in battle, dying on the battlefield, or being captured, that the RIAA organization has the gall to whine about copyright piracy on the internet, when they allow other musical artists to "sample" other artists songs, and then not even have the guts to tell the American public, that they rip off their artists by increased revenue and then only give the artist that make the song or compose it very little money, while they profit off the record sales, while American serviceman and servicewomen fight in a distant land to protect their right to whine and complain. RIAA, listen to this: "Freedom is NOT FREE, There is a price for it. Before you whine and complain about internet piracy, and making internet radio stations go off the internet, think about who is fighting and dying for your right to whine and complain." You, the RIAA, need to re-evaluate your position, and maybe do some soul searching, and find out just who is profiting off your whining and complaining while Allied soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines die for your right to complain and whine.
