(MSO)" which supports the two partners by contracting with insurance companies for
"full-risk" comprehensive healthcare contracts which encompass the inpatient and
outpatient services of the two organizations. Bethesda Healthcare System is
comprised of Bethesda Memorial Hospital in Boynton Beach and all of its affiliates; Health
Partners Medical Group, Inc. is comprised of about 200 physicians, including primary care
and specialists.
