This is Pooley and I in front of the oh so important presedential palace..I went to knock up at the door, but he couldn't come out and play that day. To bad you can't se it, but appropiatly he is neighbors with two slum neighboorhoods. Of course they all come and beg on his front lawn, which would explain the vast number of guards hired to keep the peace......Or just to shove those poor people back in their place, whatever way you choose to look at it.
In the plazas surrounding the palace, there is a good bit of anti government propaganda grafiti, and not to mention demenstrations,......go figure.
