This sequel to pokemon is called "the most anticipated game" in Japan. Pokemon Gold and Silver versions are the sequel to the most successful GameBoy game ever. The game is set for a mid Augest release in Japan, and is said to have alot of new, cool features. One of the best is the 250 pokemon species in the game, all the pokemon from the original but with more like Togepi and Buru (these names are only translations and are bound to change). Each pokemon will have different sexes, like Nidoran, so you can breed pokemon. Also some pokemon will only come out in the day and the others only at night. |

Like Zelda:Orcarina of Time, Pokemon Gold/Silver will have a time clock that will make the game go from night to day in a matter of minutes. The game will also have some familiar faces, but changed a little, like Gary. Pokemon Gold/Silver will have new items as well, such as a skateboard for a new means of transportation and mabye some new stones (water stone mabye to evolve Pikachu into a Mariu?) The game is also suppose to include new pictures of the old pokemon and include some things from the show, like Jessie, James, Meowth and some of the towns that were not included in the Red/Blue/Green/Yellow versions of the game. |
