Whispers in the darkness, on an old Kentucky road!

Secret's of a fortress were seldom left untold,

The Moonlit walks along the beach, and the secrets that we shared.

Oh once there was a time when no one was left

unafraid from the stories that we told.

But now the war has come again, and it scares even me!

Oh remember the dreams we shared, you and I and She and me.

Now all we can hope for are the dreams of the little ones who dream of yesterdays

tomorrows!

When all we can remember is a Dream of a city in sorrows.
