Sir,
I'm preparing a research paper for CGSOC. I'm concerned with the training A/F officers recieve prior to commissioning and the quality of officer we're recieving. I am attempting to build a model that will train all our officers to be troop leaders first
and specialist in a particular field after that training. The Marines are trained as Marines first and can alway be Marines in that capacity. But when they aren't Marines, they are intel, pilots, MP's ect. Any reference information you guide me towards
would be greatly appreciated.
