These 2 Militia base ball caps are very interesting. They are both made from grey cotton material with a black chin strap. They are only slightly different in construction. But the interesting point is that the first cap was made 1993. It still has the Soviet small cap badge and buttons attached.

. The second cap was made in 1996 and now has the new Russian insignia and buttons attached. The second cap cadge is for the M.V.D which may suggest it from a "Oman" type unit.
