The first cap is an Airforce or Airborne Officers Parade cap. The cap is a dark blue with a light blue band and piping. It has the standard officers parade cap badge, chin strap and buttons. On the peak of the cap is worn a badge showing wings and a star. This badge is worn only by Officers, Warrant Officers, Officer cadets and Honour Guards of the Airforce and Airborne units.

The second cap is an Airforce or Airborne Officers Service cap, It is an olive colour with light blue band and piping. It has the standard chin strap and buttons. But has a different service cap badge to the other branches of service. It also has the same wings and star badge on the peak of the cap.
