MISCELLANEOUS SOVIET HEAD GEAR

The first cap is for a member of the Soviet Railways. It is a blue cap with a black band and green piping. It has a standard officers chin strap attached by 2 buttons that have a crossed hammer and spanner. This design is the same as shown in the center of the cap badge. Attached to the front of the cap are Railway insignia cap badges.


The second cap is for an “Aeroflot” pilot. It is a blue cap with light blue piping with a standard officers chin strap. Attached to this a 2 small buttons with a propeller and wing in the middle of the button. This design is the same as shown in the center of the cap badge. Attached to the front of the cap are the Aeroflot cap badges. On the visor of the cap are gold alloy oak leaves to designate the cap is for a pilot.
