The first beret is an older style Airborne Officers Parade beret. It is a maroon beret with a blue felt side flash. Attached to the side flash is a para insignia. On the front of this beret is an officers parade cap badge with a wings and star badge above. I am told that this beret was worn for parades at Red Square. But I have a feeling that this is a modern beret made up to look like an older style. I originally bought this beret from a group of collectors from Estonia. I have my doubts about the authenticity of this beret but include it for reference only.

The second beret is for an Airborne Officer. The beret is blue in colour with a red felt side flash. Attached to this is an Airborne insignia. The beret has an officers Airforce/Airborne cap badge attached.
