The first hat is a Sailors Service hat. It is a black hat with white piping. It also has a soldiers cap badge attached to the peak. A "Tally band" is also attached to the front of the hat. But this "Tally band" has black and orange stripes. This designates it as a "Guards" unit.

The second hat is also a Sailors Service hat. It is the same as the first hat except for the "Tally band". It is a "Baltic Fleet Guards" unit.
