The first hat is a Sailors Parade hat. It is a white hat with a black band with a soldiers hat badge attached to the peak. Around the band of the hat is a "Tally band" with gold screen printed writing to represent the fleet it is from. At the end of the "Tally band" are gold screen printed anchors. This hat is from the "Black Sea Fleet".

The second hat is a Sailors Service hat. It is a black hat with white piping. A soldiers cap badge is attached to the peak. A "Tally band" is also attached to the front of the hat. This hat is from the "Baltic Fleet".
