MSgt Victor E. Watts entered the Air Force 1 Jun 81. After graduating from technical
school, as a Fuels Specialist, from Chanute AFB Illinois he was assigned to the 62nd
Supply squadron at Minot AFB North Dakota. Surviving a winter and summer in North
Dakota, he traveled to Europe where he was stationed at Bentwaters AB England for two
years. Five assignments and ten years later MSgt Watts, while stationed in McChord
AFB Washington, found himself involuntarily crossed trained as an Operations Resource
Manager (1COX2). Retraining sent him to technical school at Keesler AFB, MS, then
assigned to McConnell AFB August 97.
He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development/Organizational Development from Friends University. MSgt Watts is married with no children and spends a large amount of time on long distance phone calls to Seattle Washington as his wife Kirsten lives there. He enjoys spending time reading and playing sports, but has a passion for college football. He also enjoys traveling while learning and appreciating other cultures and life styles.
