In this time and age leadership is becoming the single most sought ingredient and the hardest to find. It seems that it’s easier to follow than to take the lead.
Life today numbs the individual with its increasing complexity leaving no space for self reliance, we all go through the motions pretending to have control over our existences but the truth is that more and more all that is visible is an amorphous mass.
I can not help to wonder what would have happened if people like Simon Bolivar would have taken the same actitude that most of us take today "oh well somebody else will come and take care of the situation". Not doubt our continent would still be a feudal colony of the Royal Spanish rulers, today there are not real leaders capable of establish a clear path for nations to follow.
Today developing nations need to show that they learnt from their past and set clear goals to compete in this new global economies, today more than ever our world demand strong leadership. If we fail to act latter will too late.
From this website, We are encouraging the active participation of individuals trying to lure the best ideas to shape our future. Let’s call it Empowering the silent voices.
Yes perhaps we are over optimistic, but this new romantic revolution got to be loaded with high doses of idealism similar to the one that guided Simon Bolivar in his quest for freedom.
Simon Bolivar sought the seeds and we like or not must take a stand in his legacy. It’s ought to us to remain idle or to bring about the needed changes in our societies. History will be our judge.
