peacekeeping, mixed with security, arrests and possibly combat. KFOR

Ethnic tensions are increasing as more Russian troops move into
more villages. The Russian soldiers are viewed by the Albanian Kosovars
as collaborators, while NATO maintains the professionalism of these units
deployed to Kosovo. Patrol is far from routine.
