U.S. Soldier Electrocuted In Kosovo       August 2, 1999

PRISTINA (Reuters) - A U.S. soldier was electrocuted in southeast Kosovo when the radio antenna on his armored patrol vehicle touched an overhead power line, a spokesman for the NATO-led peace force said Monday.

He said the identity of the soldier, who died Sunday night, was being withheld pending notification of his family.
