The mission of the Bama Ranger Company is to build leaders. Our organization is aimed at transforming the average person into a great leader through intense training...and perhaps some fun along the way. Other student organizations bring guest speakers and occasionally take field trips, but the Bama Rangers put each other to the test every week. By placing Rangers in leadership positions week after week, they cannot help but develop into leaders of men. (and women) They go home from meetings with a deep sense of accomplishment and pride...knowing that they have put themselves to the test--and passed.
