Section 6.

The Chapter shall submit timely items of interest for inclusion in the Association's Quarterly Newsletter. Items to include are, but not limited to, points of contact, scheduled events and editorial comments.

Section 7.                         Each Chapter shall be responsible for its own financial assets/liabilities. Each Chapter is authorized to require an additional five dollars to the annual dues for Chapter activities. Each Chapter will maintain and submit all reports, minutes and financial transactions/information requested by the Association. Section 8.                         If a Chapter remains inactive for one year, the Chapter will receive a letter from the Secretary/Treasurer, with copies to the President, Vice President, and Board of Directors, warning said Chapter of its inactivity and given ninety (90) days to take appropriate corrective action to get the Chapter to function properly. Inactivity includes failure to submit all reports, minutes and transactions/information deemed necessary by the Association and failure to conduct at least bimonthly meetings. The Chapter will be required to submit a written report to the Secretary/Treasurer on appropriate action taken to correct deficiencies. If the appropriate action has not been taken at the end of the ninety-day period, the President, Vice-President and the Board of Directors will take action to disestablish the Chapter. Upon approval of the Board of Directors, the Secretary/Treasurer will give that chapter written notification of its disestablishment. A Chapter may resubmit for reestablishment one year after disestablishment, provided all requirements outlined in the Association By-Laws are met. ARTICLE X AMENDMENTS
