This is Russia's MiG 29B. The two unique features about it are thejet intakes on top(so no dirt is sucked in on primitive runways (a commonfeature in Russia) and its nose-mounted infrared sensor, which can be usedlike radar. The key advantage to the sensor is that it is passive, so it'snot detectable to enemy aircraft but works just as well as radar.
