This is a picture of the F-117. Although frequently called the Stealth Fighter, this name is incorrect because the F-117 has no ability to dogfight. The only ordinance this plane can carry is two 2,000 laser-guided bombs. The "spikes" at the front of the plane contain sensors that give the pilot a whole lot of data (what kind I'm not sure, I guess I'll have to look it up. Most likely airspeed, wind direction, etc.).
