This
is a cel of Paragus, Brolli's father. It is a really nice cel and is pretty
rare. No one really collects him, but I am glad I have this one. I have yet
to see a cel or Paragus in which you can see the ENTIRE mind controlling device
on his arm. This is a single layer cel that is numbered A-7. This comes from
