Anyways, these are just some of my favorite quotes and sayings about love, friendship, and life in general that I've collected off various sites, so feel free to collect any you want yourself! Enjoy!
"Love is an act of faith and whoever is of little faith is also of little love."

"Love is above all, the gift of oneself."

"Love is supreme and unconditional; like is nice but limited."

"The most wonderful of all things in life is realizing something special has begun from two hearts, once joined in friendship, uniting now in love... So much is reveales when two people dare to stand in the radiance of one another's love."
-- Mike Mason
"Love grows from our capacity to give what is deepest within ourselves and also receive what is deepest withing another. The heart becomes an ocean strong and deep, launching all on it's tide. My bounty is as boundless as the sea, My love as deep; the more I give to thee, The more I have..."

"Love is protecting your relationship against the rush of life. It requires you to carve out time daily and to put your heart, soul, and energy into the one you love. Love is a short word but it contains everything. Love means the body, the sould, the life, the entire being. We feel love as we feel the warmth of our blood, we breathe love as we breathe the air, we hold it in ourselves as we hold our thoughts. Nothing more exists for us. Love is not a word; it is a wordless state indicated by four letters..."
-- Guy de Maupassant
"Solitude, Silence, Quiet times of reflection. Without these, you forget the dream... the dream you had for you life together. Too often the vision is lost in work, activities, bust schedules. It fades. But like tarnished silver rubbed gently back to lustrous shine, so attenion reveals anew love's vision. It is love in old age, no longer blind, that is true love. For love's highest intensity doesn't necessarily mean it's highest quality... Passersby commonly see little beauty in the embrace of young lovers on a park bench, but the understanding smile of an old wife to her husband is like the loveliest things in the world."
-- Booth Tarkington
Love never promises instant gratification, only ultimate fulfillment.
Love means believing in someone, in something. It supposes a willingness to struggle, to work, to suffer and to rejoice. Satisfaction and ultimate fulfillment are by products of dedicated love. They belong only to those who can reach beyond themselves: to whom giving is more important then receiving.
Sometimes, love hurts.
Love does not attach conditions. Genuine love is always a free gift.
Love realizes and accepts that there will be disagreements and disturbing emotions. There may be times when miles lay between, but love is a commitment. It believes, and endures all things.
A friend is a person with whom you dare to be yourself.
It takes both rain and sunshine to make a rainbow.
Swallowing pride never choked anybody.
Treasure each other in the recognition that we do not know how long we shall have each other.
It is better to be silent and be considered a fool than to speak and remove all doubt.
And, my personal all-time favorite quote:
"Love does not consist in gazing at each other but in looking together in the same direction."
-- Antoine de Saint-Exupery
Just remember, satisfaction can't be found in your boyfriend, girlfriend, friends, or anything else. The only way you can find true love is if you come to know the One who loved us so much that He gave His only Son to die in a brutal and painful death just for us humans.
