odd how lucid your cigarette smoke is tonight
as it curls around your face
and you do everything but flinch
I wonder if it's your theories you pick from the menu
and how many calories of arrogance you ponder before eating
you'd dissect water drips
if someone wouldn't interupt you
I dont find depth
in water drips
and I would interupt you
go on and fill your belly with what tastes good at that moment
I'll starve in my contentment
my dreams carelessly left
