Presents

Today I had a metal needle shoved through my tongue
and I thought of you
and blowing bubbles in the fog
never realizing either
except in the darkest of times
in the belittlement of words
yesterday I twirled loops around bad evil men
and used their cocks for pencils of poetry unappreciated
butt well earned
tomorrow I spray paint
grass slivers
and finger coyote jaws
balancing neon plastic frogs on the tip of my tongue
waiting for you to come
on
sitting around the campfire of our entities
swarming passionate bees leaving their bloody asses in our palms
and dye
like the loyal creatures
you might be
I met you in the fifth corner last night
after closing my eyes for the millionth time
wearing your black cape
you disguised yourself as me
and I saw through the mass terror
I saw you through me
into you
the pane of you
translucent
pair-oh-normals
we are
to me
to be
only
closed lines
clothes lines
of maroon splashed undies
hanging on a wire black birds fry on
and you laugh
laugh with that laugh I haven't seen but fuck...
see me in my trench coat
and pre-pubescent buds
I dance, dance, dance for you
closing my eyes to what has been given
the presence
the presents
that I never wanted to unwrap
never wanted to
open
my
self.
