Title: Primogen

Appearance: LaTour is midget. He is just barely four feet tall. He looks approximately 35 years old. Latour is a well traveled man and he does speak many languages elegantly. He is well versed in Camarilla lore and is polite and cordial to anyone who treats him with the same respect.

Notes: Latour came to Paris at the request of Seigrid. Previously he has served on other Primogen Councils of other cities so he does know a fair bit about other cities held by the Camarilla. He is a fair man and can actually be quite charming if he chooses to. He doesn�tappear to be in the least bit treacherous, however, anyone who makes fun of his height will become subject to his vengeance. There are rumors that he could incite kindred into a frenzy in the middle of a public place thus causing them to break the Masquerade.

Update: Latour continues to serve the Primogen Council and his clan faithfully and seriously. He spends many nights with Seigrid and with Anne and he has gotten to know them well.
