There is an old saying;. Power corrupts, but absolute power corrupts absolutely and Falco proved this theory with his quick rise to power. Falco was the youngest son of a large German family, he possessed the cunning of a hunter and a keen sense of what it takes to be successful in this day and age. He went to the University of Munich where he studied commerce. He later became a successful banker and was well on his way to becoming a foremost man of power in the "Father Land". In 1695, he was embraced by Strauss Von Colditz, a Baron and a highly respected elder of the Gangrel clan. Falco moved to Paris at the behest of his Sire where he met up with the Toreador Stephanie DesRossiers. Their relationship was purely professional, but they did care deeply for one another (think of Fox Mulder and Dana Scully on the X-Files). They had several adventures together and were quickly drawn into the political intrigue of Versailles. Prince Hippocrates took a liking to these two and unbeknownst to them, Hippocrates was their benefactor. Hippocrates chuckled as Falco and Stephanie tromped around Paris angering or embarrassing each and all of the members of the Primogen Council. For a brief time, Falco held the position as Seneschal of Paris and later assumed the title of Prince when the former Prince left unexpectedly. Perhaps it is because Falco is a Gangrel, or perhaps it is because he got overly paranoid, but Falco could not handle the mantle of power properly. He charged each kindred with protecting their own turf and started alienating those close to him (including other PCs). He already held a grudge against certain members of the Primogen council (however the feeling was mutual). Any threat perceived by him automatically became a target and Falco was always quick to see red.
Update: Falco disappeared in the early spring of 1789 being yanked through a mirror by a creature on the other side (the Umbra). When the Primogen found out, they turned a blind eye. Chalbot became the new Prince shortly thereafter and was quick to undo the damage that Falco had caused. Unfortunately, the Camarilla had become severely weakened under Falcos short rule. This is one of the contributing factors which led to the Revolution.
Storyteller Notes: Falco was a main figure in the Paris Chronicles in three out of the five years that we had been playing. Unfortunately I have been forced to write the character Falco out of the chronicle completely due to variousurm complications.
1789 Update: DEAD. Shortly after being pulled out of the Umbra, Falco was diablerized by his Grand-Sire the crazed Ur Beast.
