One year and nine days ago, we went to Orange County Fairgrounds looking for a kitten for my birthday gift. I couldn't move elsewhere when I saw this little Scottish Fold looking at me with her big innocent eyes.

On our way home, we decided that she would have a last name as well as a first name. The last name was easy -- all cats belong to the "Meow" family. For the first name, we tried a dozen others before settled for "Zhuzhu", which means "piglet" in Chinese. I was hoping she would be as nice as the piglet in the movie "Babe".

Sure I was right.

Zhuzhu is such a mellow baby. Every morning when I open my eyes, I always see her sitting by my side quietly, looking at me with her big eyes, and waiting for me to wake up and feed her. I cannot stay in bed for one more minute under her eager eyes.

On her first birthday, she looked at me and told me that she was lonely. So I got her "Dudu", her Burmese little brother.

Now Zhuzhu has more to do. After having Whiskas and taking care of her hair, she cleans her little brother whenever she gets the chance. They also compete for the top spot of the cat tree, and occasionally fight like any sister and brother.

As the head of the Meow family, Zhuzhu has got a long and beautiful Vitalife ahead.
