- think that others could feel what I felt just by touching where it hurts (e.g. See, it hurts right here {points to tummy}, can you feel it?)
- think that the sound of locusts on a hot sunny day was a bunch of smileys J on a branch!
- think that only I grew older, not my parents, grandparents, etc
- think that I was so smart
- think that all lolos were scientists
- think that my mom & dad knew EVERYTHING!
- think that aloe vera with egg shells on their tips were EGG-PLANTS!
- eat chewable Aspilets like candy
- not eat Parmesan Cheese because the label says it was "aged 10 months"
- think that black colored soap would make ones hands dirtier
- think that when they (Mary & Joseph) presented Jesus in the Temple, they left him there until the "Finding of Jesus in the Temple"!
- never believe in the tooth fairy
- believe that Lola (my grandmother)left every morning to go to her office -- CHURCH
- think that all lolas were beauty queens
- think that I couldn't possibly swim in a pool wherein I couldn't touch the floor
- labing walo, labing siyam, labing sampu!
- think that my mother's name was Mommy
- think that nobody had the same first name
- think that everyone knew the same people
- think that Mommy could see me even if when she wasn't around
- think that the big bad wolf ate my pregnant mother
- hate drinking from a plastic tumbler
- hate going to school
- be placed under a blanket with a vaporizer for nearly an hour
- be sick all the time
- sing and dance for my aunts, uncles, grandparents with the drop of a hat
- think that all baby sisters were born sickly and yellow with see-through tummies and tubes coming out of their heads
- think that it was possible to grow older than your 'ate' (older sister/cousin)
- use daddy's stubble to scratch my fingers
