Shucks, you can get all the free e-mail you want without winning a contest. All you have to do is:

1. Go to almost any web site, especially those offering contests, giveaways, surveys, newsletters, any kind of registration... (You get the idea).

2. Give them any demographic or personal information they ask for. Be sure to give them ALL of your credit card numbers, even if they don't ask for them.

3. Make sure they put you on the "A" mailing list: that's the one they sell to psychic hotlines, magazine sweepstakes, non-profit groups, nosy corporations: just about anyone willing to pay 15 cents a head for addresses. If you refuse, your personal information will only be available to staff members who hawk them in back alleys for black market merchandise and antifreeze dacquiris.

Before long, you'll have more free e-mail than you know what to do with, and not only THAT, your mailbox will be stuffed to the gills every day with offers to buy all kinds of shoddy merchandise that you never dreamed existed.
