Gazpacho
In Spain, gazpacho is a very popular cold soup, mainly had in summer time. Cheap and easy to cook.
For 6 people. Time: 25 minutes.

Peel the tomatoes, and beat with the electric mixer the tomatoes, the onions, the pepper, the cucumber, the garlics, the paprika, the salt, and the bread (first add some water to the bread, dip and drain).
Once everything is mixed, add the olive oil and the vinegar, while still beating.
Put all the mix in a bowl, and leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Serve it along with a tray with tomatoes, onion, pepper, cucumber and hard-boiled egg, all very thinly chopped.
You can add a bit of fried bread, also thinly chopped.
