- Masterpiece Update: We sold 1,599 items this year which is almost equal to last years sales. Our profit is $6,503.72. Thanks to the students and parents for all your hard work.
- Fall Family Festival: 546 people attended this years festival.
- Book Fair: Very successful year. We have chosen $363.72 worth of books for the school and still have a $2,443.07 balance to spend on other titles.
- Masterpiece Cookie Dough: Both schools will participate in selling cookie dough, muffin mix, and cheesecake.
- Gym Rope: The rope is installed in the gym and Mrs. Rae has called it a huge success. The students love it. 60 students have already mastered the goal of ringing a bell located 20 feet up. Congratulations.
- Swim lessons: Tabled for December meeting.
- Assemblies: African Drummers assemble was held on November 14th.
- Microsoft Word Upgrade: Request to spend $61.70 for Office 2000 program and $64.00 for Windows 98. Motion to spend $125.70 to purchase these items for the PTLC computer located in the central reception office, voted and approved.
- Cookie Dough tins: Request to purchase 4 x 6-inch pans to store Friday's cookies, voted and approved to spend $124.08 plus S&H.
- Reading Incentive Program: Students earn book bucks by reading for 15 minutes. Drawings will take place and $5.00 certificates will be rewarded to each grade level. Request for $90 to cover 18 drawings over a 3 month period. Voted and approved.
