Treasury Report:
- Total funds available, $9,297.44 (see Gail Martyn)

Old Business:
- An African Drummer assembly has been chosen to bring the students together. They will provide a musical presentation and present a historical and ethnic review of the culture
- Par-Course Update - wood chips will be delivered and volunteers are ready to place them on Sat. Jan. 13th.
- Holiday Calendar Review - Great reviews from parents. The reports received from teachers, on the other hand, were negative. Some comments were that it was too time consuming and took away from academics. Other ideas are needed for next year.
- T-Shirt update - A name and logo are still in the developmental stages.
- Laminator's are fixed and ready to use. The new one is on a maintenance contract. Old one may be on its last fix.
- Eisenschmidt crossing guard volunteers are still needed. If interested contact Jerry Meadows.
- Planter boxes outside Lewis Primary are planted and complete

New Business:
- Motion made to hold a Spring Easter candy fundraiser. Money will go toward the following items:
- 2 benches for Clark Intermediate
- Landscaping shrubs
- Funball
- Sign for Lewis and Clark Campus to be placed on corner of 9th and Columbia
voted and approved.
We need a coordinator for the spring fundraiser. If interested contact Michelle Pearson or any PTLC officer.
- It was discussed that any money raised should be designated for a specific item or event. The Playground area was a topic of interest. Before money is assigned to this area, there will be discussion with the district to see what their financial responsibility might be.
- Motion to purchase 2 soccer goals, voted and approved up to $1204.78.
- Motion to spend $50 on games/legos/colorbooks/crayons for childcare provided at the PTLC meetings, voted and approved. If you can donate any of these items, please bring them to the school office and mark them PTLC.

Meeting adjourned at 8:25 pm
Next meeting will be Feburary 12, 2001. Please come and join us.
FREE Child-care is provided.
