- Fund-raiser's: Motion was made to coordinate one catalog fund raiser for the remainder of the 2001-2002 year, and do without a Kids Night Out or a Fun Run. Voted and approved to coordinate a catalog fund raiser of Meredy candy and other items, with 100% profit going to the playground fund.
- Fund raising goal = to raise $10,000 for an addition to the play structure at the Clark end of the school by summer 2003. Balance as of our Jan. meeting is $2,585.73.
- Lewis & Clark sign: Our letters have been put in place and the outcome is spectacular. See our "Lewis and Clark Campus" sign on 9th street. (-thanks for the pictures Ms. Clift)

- Swim lessons:due to the district's decision to omit swimming lessons from the calendar, a motion was made to roll-over the $2,575 from the swim lessons fund into the Lewis and Clark playground fund, voted and approved.
- 2nd grade teachers have requested $165 to partially fund a field trip to Portland to see the play "Peter Pan". Voted and approved.
- Special Ed teacher, Jean Anderson has requested a fold away easel/white board at a cost of $162.12. Voted and approved.
