Progressive Episcopalians of Pittsburgh (PEP) is an association of Episcopal clergy and laity dedicated to maintaining the health and unity of the Episcopal Church, including the Diocese of Pittsburgh, as a theologically diverse expression of Anglicanism in America. PEP seeks both a church and a society that strive for justice and peace among all people, and that respect the dignity of every human being.  PEP has encourage parishes to decline membership in the Network of Anglican Communion Dioceses and Parishes and to formally state their intention to remain a part of the Episcopal Church.

Enclosed is my annual membership offering. Membership runs from Sept. 1 to Aug. 31.  Membership for those joining  between June 1 and August 31 runs through the next August 31st. Note that Active (voting) members must contribute at least $1 and have a connection to the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Contributions from Affiliate (non-voting) members are optional.
