Hi everyone, 

We're pleased to report that the registrations are coming in at a pretty good clip, and while we anticipated a good response for the Friday evening event, we're particularly pleased in the interest on both the Saturday afternoon picnic and the Saturday night dinner.  If any of you would like to go to New World on Saturday night, but were concerned about missing our original cutoff date of June 4th---don't worry, we can still fit you in.  We want to make sure that everyone who wants to join us on Saturday evening will be able to do so.

Please keep in mind, the number of people who register for the Saturday night event has a bearing on which private room New World sets aside for us.  Each private room accommodates a different number of people.  It's a busy time of the year for NWHC, so if you'd like to join us it's important that we receive your registration and payment ASAP (read end of June - we need to provide a final count to the restaurant).

We've been able to add an online registration form that you can fill out.  This form can be used to sign up for any of the days of the weekend.  You can find it at:  www.geocities.com/Onteora79/RegistrationMain.html

Babysitting/Childcare requests

A few of our fellow classmates that are traveling in from out-of-town and no longer have family members in the area have inquired about childcare options.  If there are any of you that know of, or can recommend someone that would be able to watch children for some portion of the weekend (primarily Saturday night), please send an email to Dave Shultis at [email protected].

Update on hotel/motel accommodations
Unfortunately, due to a heavy tourist weekend, The Capri is no longer able to hold a block of 5 rooms for us.  Don't wait until the last minute if you need to make room reservations.  Check out our website www.geocities.com/Onteora79/hotels.html for a list of local lodging options.

If any of you have set up family websites that you'd like to share with the group, or have taken digital photos that you've stored on a website, let us know.  In our next couple of emails (end of June, mid July), we'll dedicate a section and share the URLs..

Show us how gracefully you've aged (or not), how beautiful your children are, etc.  Anyhow, you get the "picture."
