NKC news items from 2003

Michael and Pat Hynes competed in the Liffey Descent with Michael getting 3rd place in the 'Masters' K1 category.

The third Schools race of 2003 from Kilcullen to Newbridge was run in conjunction with the ICU Marathon Committee. Brian, Craig and Paul featured in the prizes.

The club committee ratified the club constitution at a special general meeting on the 7th June 2003.

NKC ran the first ranking race of 2003 at Robertstown on 23rd March in conjunction with the Marathon Committee. 80 paddlers turned out with the good weather to race under the new Marathon ranking system.
