Time: Night
Location: AmKelosh

Iatha Having been called by her brother, she makes her way to his palace, from her own, in the realm of death. Where she had remained for a while..so her sire and now replacement..could feel more welcome at her palace in Amkelosh. Landing on the balcony of the throne room, her small bird like form grows and she unfolds her cloak from around her. Stepping down from the railing, she glanced behind her fora moment, a smirk moving over her lips..wondering if anyone has fallen over it recently, then heads inside. the amazons take her to her brother.

Iatha She was dressed in her usual attire, through her eyes spoke of a very..content emotion. Which meant she could have jsut fed..or she had done something wonderful. It was of course, the second one.. Things were going great..the realm of death was coming along nicly..she had just seen the work of her warriors there..and so far..no attempts had come at her life.

Master Kayos steps from out of the door behind his throne. He had been in Zelda's lab discussing some things with her, and found it quicker to come through the library back to his throne room. Most of the business of running the empire that needs Kayos' say or aproval is done durring the datlight hours. His people know only to bother him with the truly important or emergancy stuff at night, unless they are of the sort that can only come out at night. The first few hours of the night are dedicated to those type of his people. Those first few hours are nearing their end, but Kayos was stoppping by his throne room to see if his sister had arrived yet. He is very pleased to see she has. His expression is not as joyous as hers. There is something they need to speak on, that he doesn't think she'll like.

Iatha Seeing her brother enter the area..and his less then content face, she arched an eyebrow lightly. Was something wrong with her actions? Had something occured that he didn't like, with another? Were they in danger even? It could be many things..he hadn't said why he wasn't to speak to her..nor had he said it was urgenet..he had said he wished to speak with her..which wasn't all taht odd..now and then. She appraoches him. "Kayos? What is it?"

Master Kayos frowns a little and lifts a taloned finger to move a strand of hair from the side of his face. He looks down a bit as he thinks of his words. This matter doesn't upset him as much as he thinks it'll upset her. He almost thought of not telling her at all, but he's always told her everything. There is nothing about Kayos or the Kelosh Empire that Iatha does not know. Unless Kayos doesn't know either. He moves to his throne, feeling the need to sit down, though it's all in his head. He doesn't grow tired phycialy. He looks back up to Iatha and thinks on his words. In the end he decides to come right out and say it, but that's commonly his way. "Synderix keeps speaking to me of her need for an heir."

Iatha She watches him, it had to be big..he seemed generally worried. It had spread to his eyes and normally..emotions didn't with him, unless they were intense. Iatha waits while he thinks of the words..wondering how worried she should be. When he finally does speak, she stares at him for a moment. She thought she had heard him correctly..but maybe she hadn't. She stares at him..no emotion on her eyes..eyes simply..wide..for a moment.. "I am correct to assume you said that Synderix needs an heir... ?"

Master Kayos gives a little shrug and is suddenly less concerned, but more matter of fact. Like they're dealing with just another matter that might affect the empire. "Well, she claims these 'Elders' from her realm demand one from her. I tried to tell her that biological isn't always the best way to go. Mine didn't seem to turn out so great." He pauses again to takes a second or two to reflect on that, maybe it was bad partenting or bad genes on his part, he isn't sure. "Though she's brought it up on two different occausions and i think she wants me to supply her with an heir." Can't help but think he'd try to take the heir for himself if they made one, but he doesn't have the armies or the followers to hold onto another realm if he decided to take what belongs to the heir from Synderix.

Iatha stares at him, silent for a long while. As thankful as she was to him..for telling her this..this was...NONSENSE! If that...woman..had a child with her brother..she coudl turn it againest him.. Of coruse he might turn it againest her to..but still.. "You know my opinon of her.. However, should you wish to supply her with a child..I amsure you will know the possiblities.. I would nto put it past her or any high power..other then Zelda..to use a child for her own purpose..againest another..." Iatha wasn't trhilled..but she was being as mature as possible..considering what she was just told.

Master Kayos nods, he's thought of thousands of ways it could go wrong and only one that it'd work. That one would require him to have no interest in the child and for Syn not to use the child as a tool herself. He knows too well how heirs can be used as tools though. That is why he keeps his own biologial heir and Dacklyn's hidden. Hell, he didn't even tell Dacklyn that Dacklyn had an heir. Though he did tell Iatha, but that's not what this is about. He doesn't really want to suppy Synderix with an heir, but he's a guy. Sometimes he thinks with the wrong head. He's aware of this weakness, and that's why he's called his sister to tell him what he already knows. It's just a bad idea. "At first I told her it wasn't possible since I'm undead, then I let it slip I had one, but I didn't say his name."

Iatha observed him.. Kayos seemed to be thinking over something. Possibly the heir he had had and Dacklyns..who would not get the throne. not unless he ever found otu who had taken it over for him. Since it was now Iatha..that wouldn't be happening anytime soon.. Though she really should get herself an heir..considering her one and only had vanished, but no one knew about her and the girl was to ashamed of her mother. Iatha nods lightly at his words.. "A wise decision....but she'll praobly desire to find him now. As wise as you are...brother dearest.. You are male..your weakness is females..especially that...witch..who has been attempting to catch your eye for a long while. This is the perfect chance for her to use that againest you. Should you think you could manage it..then your welcome to it."

Master Kayos thinks for awhile on what Iatha said as if thinking it over. In truth it doesn't take him that long to realize she was speaking the truth. He almost didn't fight back the wince at her scolding him. His heir is still very young as heirs for High Powers go, he's only 35. Kayos was once inside Sol's heir due to a spell gone wrong and could feel the potential in that boy who is also considered young at a few centeries of age. His own heir could build in power and become someone formible in the future. He might ask The Oracle later. Part of him wants to say he doesn't care if anyone finds Jules, but the other part knows his son might still hold a lot of potenial and it'd be nice to see that come to fruit. But that just might be the father in him speaking, not the emperor. "You are right."

Iatha thought over her words.. she wasn't any better then him as her own weakness was males..and..blood.voilence..her winning.. but she had to be careful not to ahve that used againest her. Although it was hard to be sedused by a male..other then her sire. But he wouldn't dare..besides..hewas still unsure what to say to her. Seeing her brother wince, she smirked inwardly.. Shewas one of the few people..that could get away with talking to him like that..Let miss Synderix try that... She nods lightly.. " I care you for deeply brother..as well as those you take on as heirs.. I would not wish to see harm come to you or them. Though if it did..you would have my support in avenging what was taken. As important as a heir is..and i would rather have Syndreix in the postion she is..then another... caution should be taken." Power..both nice and..deeply depressing at times.. Like this.. The only reason she had said she liked Syndrex where she was..was becasue she was used to it.. Used to her actions..her way of thinking..it was safer to have her there..then some stranger who they would hav eto find out..

Master Kayos gives a little shrug, but not one to say he's unsure, it's his way of saying that area of the conversation isn't a big deal. He's most likely not going to give in and supply Synderix with an heir. Though he might let one of his followers, that way he could still lay some claim to the heir, but Synderix and her heir couldn't lay a claim to Kelosh. Kayos doesn't really trust Syn that much, he used not to trust her at all, but she is in danger of slowly winning him over. And most of that is becuase she's an atractive woman with domains of lust and war, Kayos' favorite passtimes. "In order to give her one life would have to be restored to me magicaly anwyay, and i don't think she realizes that. And that's not something I can just do in a moment of weakness. " He looks thoughtful suddenly and thinks back on things he might have said durrning his conversations with Synderix. "I might have told her I'd consider it if she found my missing heart." Once found he has no intention of putting the heart back in his chest and returning mortal. He'll remain immortal and nearly invincible for the sake of the empire. He's currently using Synderix to find his heart. All his efforts have failed to locate it.

Iatha knew what he meant by the small shrug and it was typical.. She knew he loved her..even though he would never admit it fully..and he cared for hsi heirs. Love wasn't taht much of a big deal to him in general..nor to her. Something they shared... When he speaks, a faint smile moves over her lips.. "Oh? " She nods lightly, unable to prevent a smirk from moving over her lips.. "Your heart is lost..we all know that...your control on her is wonderful.. But should she find it..the battle will be to place it into your chest..something that could easily get her killed..if not done properly. If you knew this all along..why were you were worried? Are you falling into her charms?"

Master Kayos is afraid he might be falling for her charms, yes. He knows his own weaknesses, as every great warrior does. He feels a desire to keep syn close so he can keep an eye on her, but that risks himself in doing so. But then that's part of why he's called his sister here. To remind him to be on his guard and not to give her an heir. In his moments of weakness he'll remember her voice and her words and take strength from them. "She may find, and not tell me unless she's too close and then shove it in without my premission." He's not too sure how the magic that removed his heart works, he was a human slave when it was done, so he's not sure how it goes back in. Magic is funny like that. It could be very simple, or very complex. If Synderix makes him mortal, it could be very bad for him.

Iatha's lips remain in the smirk..though her eyes showed dark delight. "Should that occur..she would be dead..before any harm could coem to you and until it was taken out..I would keep you safe.As much as I respect your decisions..some..you need help in..and whose better, then mine or my sire's?" It would be a pleasure to kill Syndrex..it REALLY would.. If Iatha had a reason to..she would glady go agaienst her and repalce her with one of her own..But that had yet to happen..so until it did..all she oculd do was keep her eyes open and keep plotting..along with watching. "Perhaps you couldsupply her with one of your adopted heirs. She would still be in your grasp..and you would not risk a to terrible fall.."

Master Kayos is aware his sister does not like Syn one bit. And he is well guarded. His people love him, they would give their lives for him, but there is a soft spot inside him most do not know about. He'd feel guilty if another died protecting him. It is what he's bred and trained his Amazons to do however and it's very rare they are not around when he's with Synderix. But then again it's rare they're not around at all, he even baths with them watching, or joining in. "I have thought to let one of mine supply her with one of her own, but then that would make her heir a prince of Kelosh. I'd insult her if I offered her peasents though, so I'm thinking a son of one of my high ranking nobles might be a reasonable compromise?" He hasn't decided fully on this, and really hasn't given it too much thought

Iatha thinks over his suggestion of what to do. A son of a high ranking noble.. He wouldn't be connected directly..and he would have some royal blood in him.. She nods lightly. "Indeed..if she wants better..you will know her true purpose. She should recieve the best however..so she will not doubt your loyality..though the both of you are playing each other. "

Master Kayos thinks on this. Yes he's sure Syn is playing him and that she knows he's playing her. It's a dangerous game of deict. Syn often seems like she's eating out of Kayos's hand, and then suddenly she'll seem distant again. "Well the best would be an Arephairs, but that family is too powerful, the heir would be as well." Zelda is an Arepharis and the woman that carried Dacklyn's heir, Nick Corwin, who's real name is Nickolas Arephairs. "Though to keep her from doubting I could ask one of my Warlords to supply her with one of their sons. Maybe give her some choices among them?" The Kelosh empire is broken up into sections and sectors that are lead by the Warlords, who answer only to Kayos. There are 12 of them in total, and Iatha used to be among them. She is still Kayos' most trusted advisor.

Iatha nodded lightly. With a choice..she could still feel in control. Which was the whole point of the power game her brother ahd Syn played. Why one of them hadn't attempted to kill the other..she was unsure.. unless they were waiting for something.. "They coudl gather their sons here..I am sure the one she picks, will be more then happy to go and he will have the training that yo uare famielr with..as a skill."

Master Kayos almost thought that she might pick a one that wasn't interested, but most men are the same. Unless he's married, what guy woudln't want to sleep with the goddess of sex? But then again some married men might too. Kayos would not allow that, it'd look bad for the empire. His nobels are not the typcial nobles. They have to set good examples for all the common citizens. What Kayos does not know is that one of those unmarried noble boys has Kayos' heart. The boy doesn't realize what he has either, or he'd surly have given it over for protection. "I will speak to my Warlords and ask them to speak to their sons and maybe even grandsons and brothers. Then I will suggest Synderix pick one to sire her a child. I guess each should have a record of their acomplishments and medical history as well"

Iatha nods lightly. "That would be wise. Given the..standards..she pretends to have..she would want to have only the best in her heir. Though its the breeding..not what you have in your blood that makes a good heir.." A perfect example ofthat wouldbe Iatha..but then not many knew that..other then Kayos..and maybe Zelda, as well as her sire. But that hadn't preventedher from getting a spot in the high powers...

Master Kayos has heard the nurture versus nature arguments before, and isn't sure which one he sides with more, but does tend to think people act as they are brought up to act. Which is why he thinks it's his fault both his and Dacklyn's heirs turned out the way they did. But then again his heir is a good leader, just greatly lacks in natural powers. Dacklyn's heir had a great deal of natural power, but no desire to lead anything, and has become very unruly as of late. Kayos breeds his Amazons by genetics, only allowing those with the best genes to produce children and then he screens the men that sires those children closely as well. Every so often he lets a bad one in for genetic diveristy, but that tends to only happen if an Amazon falls in love and requests to have a child with her love. "I doubt Synderix would be able to raise the child into much of anything. But then again it's possible she does not show me her true nature and does possess the ability to raise a great leader."

Iatha "I would not put decieving past her..though lust can only breed more lust...nothing more.." The onlyreason her only hcild had grown up like she did was becasue she wasnt' with her..besides.. Iatha had loved her sire at the time. But he hadn't known about the child..or ahd he? Oh well..she wouldn't worry on it. "She will make fo the child, what she wishes to..despite what any elder says. Though you msut wonder why she listens to them..and not you..fully. " Iatha glances towardsthe window, then abck to her brother.. "I must take my leave.. rember my advice however.." She curtsis to him out of respect, then turns and focuses. Forming a portal..she steps into it and it closes behind her.
