Security around AmKelosh is tighter than normal. Threats are being made agaisnt Kelosh, both direct and indirect. The Overseer, Nick Corwin, has gotten himself into some trouble and Kayos put him into the hospital.

Location: The streets of AmKelosh outside a hospital, and inside that hospital.
Lark Sandstone says, `making her way through the busy walkways of Kayosia, she was too busy remembering the spells and glamour spells... she had down one for Angelicia, in fact that was how she knew the girl, coming to her to hide from Petter and her brothers... she shook her head, as she walked , looking to be in much of a hurry here
Kel is standing with a group of people in white coats. They are outside of the Rugmen Enterprises Lab. Keladon seems a little annoyed with the white coat people, and they in turn with him. "Look, I don't really care about science, but if there is really metal melted into Corwin's brain, the don't you think we should separate the metal from the gray-matter?" The scientist rolls her pretty eyes and shifts her weight, not realizing it's showing off her curves to do so. "That might kill him. We need to do more tests."
Lark Sandstone says, ~passing the white coated people she heard someone mention Nick, well his last name, she turned and looked at Keladon, she stopped and stood watching for a moment of two. She looked the one man over carefully, this was someone she did not recognize, someone new perhaps.. she tapped her fingers to the edge of her lip watching
Kel sighs and tosses his hands into the air, as if he was giving up. He wasn't. It's been made very clear to him that his own future is riding on his ability to help the Overseer wake up and be healthy. He turns partly away from the group in white coats, giving Lark a full view of his face and gold, piercing eyes. He seems agitated. He takes a deep breath trying to keep calm. "Your tests are wasting our time. You have until tomorrow morning, and then I'm trying things my way." The woman scientist, who seems to have a lot of emotion into this conversation- starts to argue, but Kel turns and gives her a warning look, reminding her of a threat he's made in the past. She shuts up and glares back before her and her group get in a car and drive off.
Lark Sandstone says, ~she stood watching, when the man turned about, his eyes... she could not help but see his eyes, she gasped a bit and drew back, her hand slipped to her hip. this was no time to oogle yet another one of kayos minions. she turned and started towards the hospital. See if there was a change in Nick , before heading for Jar'Ha lands.. she spun on her heel and headed off
Kel has turns himself and is walking off in the same direction as Lark is. He's not aware that he had called her attention onto him. His mind is a million miles away on business matters. He might have given the others until tomorrow, but he's not sure he'll be ready by then. No one knows what it going on with Nick's head.
Lark Sandstone says, ~ she turned and seen from the corner of her gaze the man felling in step behind her, first instinct to spin around and face him....but that would call attention to her actions and what she was up to, being so jumpy. She headed to the hospital, entering the corridor, it was cool and dimly lit, adjusting her eyes she headed to Nick's room.
Kel still continues to follow Lark, but he's not aware that he is following her. He's just heading to Nick Corwin's room himself.
Lark Sandstone says, ~looked to the door of Nick's room, she entered. Looking at him in the bed. he had looked the very same as yesterday
Kel continues to walk down the hall toward Nick's room. He did finally notice the woman enter the room before him. He saw that the Amazons seemed to know her and let her pass. It dawns on him that he's been behind her for some time now. He walks up to the door, but stop looking in the little window. "Who's she?" He doesn't look at the Amazon, but still gets his answer being told she is Princess Lark of Kelosh. Keladon raises both eyebrows and then smiles as if he thinks it's time to have fun. He's heard of her, but then who hasn't?
Lark Sandstone says, `pulling out his chart she looked at it, she moved along the side of the bed, taking up a seat, in a nearby chair. Her hand resting at the edge of the clip chart in her hand, she looked at Nick. Smirking to the point that she just thought it was nice in a strange way that she sat there not fighting with him... "oh Nick.. i need your help....why did kayos do this...? why did you have to disobey him.. that's my job..."
Kel enters the room in time to hear her last sentence about disobeying. He raises both his eyebrows again and looks Lark over wondering who she is that she's brave enough to opening admit that. "Good afternoon, your Highness." He looks back at Nick, wishing the man would just wake up and tell him what he needs to know.
Lark Sandstone says, `looking up just as the door opened..."ay....greetings..." she stood up and dusted her jeans as if to draw attention away from what she said... Looking at the man, her eyes widened and she extended her hand to greet him, her free hand pushing her hair out of her face again, "and you are?"
Kel is wearing suit looking pants and jacket, but his dress shirt is not tucked in. It's a mix between business like and causal, but he wears the look well. He holds out a hand toward Lark, taking hers. "Keladon. May I?" He nods toward the chart she's holding.
Lark Sandstone says, `shaking his hand, she looked to him a slight smile in greeting, then looking to the chart she hands it to him..."here ya are.. it appears to be no change.."
Kel smiles kindly at the handshake, thinking she doesn't seem as mean as he's heard, but then neither does Mekehlee or Kayos for that matter. He opens the chart and looks at it, pretending to understand all the doctor jargon. How come these things can't be written in Common? He closes the chart and puts it back in the slot at the end of the bed before making his way to the head. He glances at all the monitors with a frown then looks at Nick. He's just not sure what to do, it's a mess in there, and that's all he knows.
Lark Sandstone says, what happened?" she looked at Nick then back at Kel... she needed answers and was getting no where
