Time: very late at night
Location: AmKelosh
Note: I'm not sure if I have the beginning of this anywhere, if so I'll get it up later. Kayos had told Lark his empire was a garden and he needed to do some weeding. He asked her if she was a flower or a weed and she proudly responded weed. He moved in for the kill, wrapping his hand around her throat, however in doing so he ran onto her sword. That's where we pick up here. With Kayos' hand on Lark's neck, her her sword in his gullet.

Lark Sandstone says, ~tilts her head looking at him, her form stepping closer to him her eyes bright as she smirked at him, she twisted her neck in his hand , he had yet to stop all movement , "tsk tsk Kayos dear..." she was cocky , too cocky for her own good, but she held her sword and no one was a good match up against her when she had her own sword

Iatha zooms down from the night sky, seemingly out of nowhere. She is a young teenager with dark hair. She's small and a little frail looking, but she comes between the two to force them apart. In most cases the sheer speed at which she moves would startle the two apart, but just in case she applies enough force to make them step back. "Enough! What is going on here?" Her voice is stronger than what you'd expect from one of her size. She can't be more than 15.

Master Kayos stumbles back at the appeance of the newcomer. He thinks to rush back in against Lark. She dared to raise a weapon to him once again. He pauses feeling something warm and wet flowing from his gut. Pains is something he had always seemed immune to, which can be very bad now that he's mortal. He puts a hand to the wound and then looks at the red stuff as if he's not sure what is happening. It's been 10,000 years since he's had a serious wound.

Lark Sandstone says, ~looking at Kayos her eyes narrow then she looked to her blade, she had not thought she would see much upon her blade, let alone Kayos' blood, he could not be hurt... her eyes widened and then looked at the girl then quickly back to Kayos

Iatha narrows her dark eyes at Lark, holding up a hand to signal the girl to remain where she is. She looks at Kayos and frowns. "You stink of fire." Her eyes glance at the red on his hand and then back up to his face. This small girl looks even smaller when standing next to a guy that's over 7 feet tall. She stands ready to break it up again if needed.

Master Kayos says, "Don't I thought?" He's still looking down himself and thinking over what to do next. Lark got him pretty good. She used his own momentum against him and just let him slide right onto her sword. She didn't need to give it the extra force, but she did. He wonders if it went all the way through, but doesn't feel anything behind him, so guesses it didn't. He's pretty sure she hit some vitals though.

Lark Sandstone says, ~stepping back she looked at the girl then back to the words shared between the pair before her. Her left hand resting to her side as she waited and watched

Master Kayos sighs a little. He was tired of this body anyway. Petter was such a weakling, not the person he'd have picked for his avatar. But then neither one of them had a choice. He was enjoying being somebody's grandson, and son even. He liked Petter's parents. He's finally figured out one was a vampire. "Is my body ready? Call Zelda to do the spell."

Iatha says, "Zelda is a bit busy about Nick. He teleported to where there was no magic. She's trying to find him." Iatha doesn't show concern, but she feels it. She'd like very much to make Nick one of her children. The shadows is only one step away from being the night anyway.

Lark Sandstone says, `looking at the pair she tapped her boot against a stone before her, she was in the middle of training and now this. she shook her head and thought to leave

Master Kayos says, "I am more important than Nick. Have her stop and ready my body and her spell." He looks up at Lark now with narrow eyes. He can feel himself getting weaker and there is a pool of blood forming under him. He'll have to do something about her.

Iatha mutters under her breath, "Not much more. . " Then with a smirk and slight giggle she zooms off as fast as she showed up. It's impossible for the mortal eye to follow her movements, she moves so fast she seems to be teleporting, but for a slight blur trail.

Lark Sandstone says, ~looking at Kayos her mind working over time, the blood on her blade told her everything...."Your blood....your blood in upon my blade...' the look in her eyes widen eye, like child that just found out that santa was coming (or one like santa in these parts.) she turned and looked at the blade, her shoulder shudder as she almost broke out into laughter,

Master Kayos glares toward Iatha, only to be looking at open space. He looks back at Lark and smiles evily. He had forgotten she didn't know his current state. That works in her favor. Her surprise and shock do as well. He at first thinks she didn't intend to hurt him. Her attempt not to laugh does not work in her favor and undoes anything good the rest of her reactions may have done. "You'll have to make this up to me now."

Lark Sandstone says, make what up to you ... the fact that your the superior ruler, bleeding please..." she took a few steps away from him, using the edge of her cloak to remove his blood from her blade

Master Kayos frowns, time is no longer on his side. The body he resides in is dying. He begins ready in his mind a teleportation spell. He doesn't need componants, he's done it enough times in the past. "I have to go to the main spell chamber now. Meet me there and we'll discuss this further." He gives her one final glare to warn her not to disobey. By now she's realized that there is nowhere she could be safe from him. His empire stretches far and wide. Then he simply disappears from sight.

Lark Sandstone says, "

Master Kayos!!!" Her eyes narrowed and she was not pleased at her actions...."damn it..." she heads for the chambre her sword still in her hand

Master Kayos is now standing in the center of the chamber. He is in his new body, which looks very much like his old. In fact it is his old, they found it. Zelda found it to be more exact. Petter lies on a table not too far from the table Kayos is now standing next to. He glances at the boy and wonders what Sol will do. He'll demand the head of Lark, but Kayos isn't willing to give that.

Lark Sandstone says, ~entering the room she stepped towards the center of the chambre looking about , sheathing her blade she made her way towards the table that petter laid upon...."So then its true..... petter was the vessel that contained you i see that now... and understand who Relaun was..." shaking her head she placed her hands firmly upon the table

Master Kayos says, "Relaun is my middle name." He laughs suddenly as Iatha volunteers to help the boy by embracing him. He knows Iatha can't do that, the boy has fire in his blood, it'd kill her to drink from him.

Lark Sandstone says, ~looking down at petter's bleeding form, she knew how to heal the wound, looking to Kayos, she wondered why he paused and waited so long to do it himself...her amethyst gaze narrowed....."Relaun?" she almost laughed at the fact that Kayos could be a god and yet so normal to the point of having a middle name.

Master Kayos shrugs, "It's an old name. I'm an old person." He was human at one time, he just isn't anymore. He is Iatha's true older brother, though most miss that since she seems more vampire than himself. Many believe the two simply had the same sire vampire. Someone suggests setting the boy on fire and Kayos makes a little sound as if to say <oh, yeah. Didn't think of that.> But he makes no move to do it, or see it done.

Lark Sandstone says, ~she frowns and turned to head towards the wall, hanging in a slot a torch light with a nice red hot flame, she snatches it from its place and started towards Petter, she felt a bit bad for the wound she gave him , her anger was meant not for him, she strolled quickly towards petter's side and held the flame above his form

Master Kayos only stands there and watches Lark. This is one of those lessons he's teaching her that will help her and Nick get along, by making Lark a better person. She is learning to fix her own mistakes. He motions for all others to stay out of it as well. He wants Lark to take responsibility.

Lark Sandstone says, ~ the torch light flickered as she stood there she knew just that nick did not allow petter healed by fire the last time, but nick was not here, she felt a serge of pride wash over her, she was then standing taller, unlike the way she felt with nick nearby. She smirked at the feelings and the wave of strange emotion now, the torch she lowered to petter, the flames licked up about his torso as if to scream to be upon his form now

Master Kayos can see the change in Lark and is pleased. She isn't a spoiled child like Nick keeps saying she is. Kayos has been away for a year thinking Karandora was going to attack. He's not sure what has happened to Lark during that time, but even though she's suddenly harsh toward him, it works for her. He knows she'll come back around to him.

Lark Sandstone says, ~ without thought she placed the torch upon petter's form, not knowing just what would happen , but knew something would at least heal him... she stepped back knowing her part was done, no matter how small her part was she did it.

Master Kayos wonders if he should hold on to Petter, or let him go. He's not sure Sol won't turn around and stab him in the back now that he's no longer inside Petter. It was the only thing holding the alliance together. Oh well, it'll be easier to betray Sol to Synderix now.
