Party at Castillo del Croxx

� Angelicia_Croxx stands at the top of the stairs afraid to go down them. Her eyes wide, her breath escaped her every time she tried to breath. It had been just a few hours since their arrival. Her hands moved rather nervously about the fabric of her skirt. She had wondered where Justus got to.... she had left him so he could change if he wished to change. They were to meet before entering her parents main chamber hall. " where is that man?" She looks down one hall then the other, tapping her foot

Zachariah_Justus walks up to Angel wearing very fine looking silks and satins, the kind of clothes none of his vampire hunting friends have every seen him in. His hair is as kept as it can be and even pulled back in a loose ponytail. He stands tall and walks almost with the air of a noble man, but at the same time his manner shows that he's lived years on the road hunting for food and fighting for his life. "I feel like a wolf in sheep's clothing. . ."

� Angelicia_Croxx folds her hands behind her back as she starts to pace...."they are going to...."`stops when she sees Justus "Justus.... there you are..." She says making her way over to him, her eyes dark green at her nervous maybe, but all the same they remained dark in color looking at him

Zachariah_Justus takes in a deep breath and lets it out again. He seems very nervous and is. It's been a very long time since he's been to anything like this and last time he was it was for his vampire family.

� Angelicia_Croxx walking towards him her skirt flaring about her feet, the top half of her dress left nothing to be imaged. The corset is form fitting. So tight that she could only take short small breaths.

Zachariah_Justus looks at her dress and gives her a funny look, "Well that appears to be. Showy and uncomfortable. Why women like to be so constricted is beyond me, it's not even attractive."

� Angelicia_Croxx frowns at him, hitting him in the arm...."Justus.... if I want to pull this off you have to behave differently.... geezes... my mother and father I have to fool, and if you speak like that...

Zachariah_Justus clears his throat and than bows slightly as he takes her hand in his, "My apologies, Fair Lady," He kisses the hand he's holding and seems very serious. He hides how unnerving it is for him that it all comes back like second nature, but than again he was bred for this.

� Angelicia_Croxx tilts her head looking at him...."You need not do it until we are with my parents."

Zachariah_Justus says, Just getting into character.

� Angelicia_Croxx turns on her heel and starts for the door at the end of the hall. Two guards stand before it, as they approach slowly it opens...music soon fills the air. One guards raises a hand to stop their approach

Zachariah_Justus stands straight up again and winks at her, that playful smile spreading across his face a bit.

� Angelicia_Croxx says, Miss your parents wish to greet you on the veranda. In due time."

Zachariah_Justus quickly falls into step beside Angel and offers her his arm to escort her into the room.

� Angelicia_Croxx looks to Justus, taking his arm she nods, they enters the hall, the ceiling towering over head about 50 feet. Her eyes remain upon the floor before her, not wanting to fall, like many times before.

Zachariah_Justus takes in a sharp breath too many memories come rushing back to him about the life he once lead when he was the prince to a vampire family. He looks all around them at all the fine stuff. He's lived on the road for several centuries and Serenity is the first town he's ever settled down in. He has been there a whole year already and though that's not long to an immortal it's a very long time for him to be in one place.

� Angelicia_Croxx says, "Justus?" She had turned to him, asking a question, but stopped seeing the distant look on his face

Zachariah_Justus looks back to Angel, her voice pulling him back to the present and once again he can hear the voice of those here instead of the far off voices of a long forgotten past. "This might be harder than we thought. I'm more at home on the road. I'd take the smell of dust and trees over all this perfume any day."

� Angelicia_Croxx says, yes but...we are here...and unless you wish to see me wed to some guy...I suggest that you help me here.

Zachariah_Justus says, "your parents wouldn't make you marry against your will would they? What am I asking, you'd never marry against your will. You're too strong for that."

� Angelicia_Croxx says, "yes well...at times my parents know best and well they would force a marriage.... I do not go against them.... it would disappoint them so." She turns from Justus not caring for the direction this was going

Zachariah_Justus says, you might just want to stay here anyway. We're going to have a lot of heat when we return to Serenity.

� Angelicia_Croxx says, why? I can handle that reporter...you need not worry" She heads through the crowd now, the noise drowning out any response that Justus gave

Zachariah_Justus says, last week they said we couldn't do our jobs and get rid of the vamps. We responded by leaving town. . . this week will be a lot worse.

� Angelicia_Croxx says, we will find the answers we are looking for here." She turns to Justus. "wait here I shall go meet with my parents and then call for you." She looks at him, "okay." She does not even wait for a response, she darts off for the veranda to meet and smooth things over with her parents
