"Downward Slash" : This Involves Holding Your Bo-Staff On The Free Hand Side Of Your Body, Then, With Your Fighting Hand On Top And Your Goofy Foot, Hand On Bottom, Swing Straight Down Toward The Ground.

"Thrust" : This Involves Holding Your Bo-Staff Toward Your Enemy, Yet Under Your Waist, Pull Back With Your Elbow And Your Shoulder And "Thrust" Forward, Thus Stabbing The Enemy.

- Advanced Moves -

"1-80"
: This Involves Jumping And Spinning In A Half Circle, You Should Be Facing The Opposite Direction After This Move.

"3-60" : This Involves Jumping And Spinning In One Full Circle.

"Hand Spin" : This Involves Grabbing You Bo-Staff With Only Your Fighting Hand, Then You Were Looking Out To The Staff, You Must Spin It Counter-Clock Wise Around Your Hand If Your Right Handed, And Clock-Wise If Your Left Handed. Catch It In Your Palm After The Spin.

"Top Spin" : This Involves Performing A "Hand Spin" But After Catching It In Your Palm, Continue To Turn Your Wrist And Bend Your Elbow Only. Finish It Off By Catching The Staff Under Your Arm While Still Holding It With Your Hand.

"Double Hand Spin" : This Involves Doing A Hand Spin, But Out In Front Of Your Body, Instead Of To The Side. But When You Done With A Spin, Instead Of Catching It With Your Same Hand, Catch It With Your Opposite And And Spin It With That One, Then Give It Back To The Other Hand And So On. You Should Be Able To Go On Like This For A Long Time.

"Tornado" : This Involves Getting In A Position For A "Slash" But When You Swing To The Other Side, Catch It With Your Opposite Hand And Swing It Around Your Back And Catch It With Your Fighting Hand, Then Return To Your Normal Stance.

- Combos -

"3-60 Downward Slash" :This Involves Performing A "3-60" But Before You Land After The Spin, Perform A "Downward Slash" In The Air And Follow Through Until Your Staff Hits The Ground.

- Optional Tricks -

"Juggling" : This Involves Swinging, Hitting, Spinning, And Doing Any Tricks That All Flow Together As One. This Will Make A Very Cool Effect With Your Bo-Staff, And It Really Dosn't Take That Much Practice.

- Stances -

"Normal Stance" : This Involves Standing With Your Goofy Foot, Foot In Front Of Your Body, Then Turn Your Body Slightly Toward Your Fighting Hand, Hold Your Bo-Staff With Both Hands, Your Fighting Hand Must Be Underneath The Staff, And Your Goofy Foot Hand Above The Staff.

"Top Grab Stance" : This Is The Same As The "Normal Stance," But Hold Both Hands Above The Staff Instead Of One Under And One On Top. Now You Can Swing Faster And It Gives You Some New Moves, However, It Also Takes Away Alot Of Moves And Makes Holding The Staff Harder.

- Very Advanced Moves -

"UFO" : This Involves Starting To Do A "Slash," But After You Swing To The Opposite Side Catch The Staff's Handle On The Top Of Your Goofy Foot Hand, Bend Your Fingers Up A Little, If Done Correctly, The Bo-Staff Will Spin In A Complete Circle On Top Of Your Hand. This May Take Alot Of Practice, But Don't Give Up, It's A Great Move. It's Great To Add Into The "Juggling" Move.
