Jake, Lucky & Fifi's Intro Jake
watched as Lucky looked to the door of the saloon. He knew she was hoping that the man who
had been introduced to them as Wade would come back in. That didn't sit right with him.
Lucky was only seventeen and Wade had to be almost 30. In
the five days since they arrived, they managed to get the saloon ready for business. Now
he needed a bartender perhaps he would put out an advertisement stating so. Until then he
would take over the duties of bartending. He
had no choice but to hire Fifi, the tall voluptuous blond that had been following him for
the past few years. He was aware Fifi had a thing for him, heck he never had any trouble
getting women but Fifi just wasn't his type and she wouldn't take no for an answer. But he
needed employees and Fifi was a looker so he hired her to be a dancehall/saloon girl. He
needed more entertainment though perhaps he'd hire a singer, too. He
walked over to where Lucky was seated. Lucky was his pride and joy he had named the place
after her too, well sort of. He called the saloon `The Lucky Ace.' She was very beautiful
and had already taken the eye of several gentleman in their travels to 3 Crossings. He
only hoped that he would have the time to keep an eye on her. She was a free spirit like
him and did have the tendency to get herself into trouble. But other then that she was a
good kid. Just one look into her baby blue eyes and men melted. "Lucky?
Why don't you see about getting yourself a job. I heard the restaurant was hiring
waitresses? I really don't want you hanging around the saloon." Lucky
shrugged "All right, I guess I can go see. Town seems dead dad you sure this was a
good idea?" "Of
course it was," he watched as she reluctantly left the saloon then looked over to
where Fifi was charming a few of the customers. Yeah I need more employees he
thought to himself. |
