Destiny walked into the general store to get her supplies for that week. When Simon noticed her, he asked, "Destiny, are you going to the Valentine�s Dance?"

"Umm, I thought that I might go alone this time, Simon."

"Alright." Simon said.

"I mean, we always said that we were just friends. And we do have some new bachelor�s in town." Destiny smiled at her friend.

"Oh really? Who do you have your eye on?" Simon asked truly happy for his friend.

Destiny just smiled, "Is it really that obvious?"

"Only to someone who knows you." Simon stated.

Destiny smiled, paid for her purchases and left with a bounce in her step that Simon had never seen before.

Simon was really happy for her and hoped that whomever had caught her eye would treat her right. After all they were so close, she was like a sister to him.
