and Jasmine left for the dance soon after Ted and Rose left. They arrived at the Grand
Square and were greeted by their friends. Jasmine tried to see if she could spot Rose
anywhere but she couldn't. Friends and even strangers came to Jasmine and Gavin and told
them what a wonderful couple they were and how beautiful Jasmine and Roses dresses were. Gavin and Jasmine walked around to see what was being sold. "Gavin why don't we look for something for each other and then meet back here in 10 minutes?" "That sounds great. I will see you in a little while." "Ok, great I will be counting the minutes." Gavin looked around and then he came to the jewelry section. He couldn't really find anything that he really wanted to give Jasmine. Then at the last table he found it, an Irish wedding band. It had two hands and in the middle a heart with flames on top. It was said that whoever wore this ring was the one you were to love and be best friends with, the rest of your life. It was perfect. Gavin remembered his parents wearing them when they got married. Gavin paid for the ring and was hoping the matching ring for the man to wear would be there but it had already been sold. "Hey Gavin!" "Hey Jasmine" They both hugged each other and then exchanged gifts. They opened them at the exact same time and then they started laughing. They had given each other the same ring, except he got the man�s and she was given the lady�s. "Thank you so much Jasmine. I love it and will always wear it." "No thank you and I will never take it off my hand for as long as I live." They hugged each other and told each other Happy Valentine�s day. Then they walked hand and hand towards the corral where they could hear music and Caller Bob singing. |
