"You look good, Eddie, and you better run. CJ is waiting for you outside."

Eddie thanked Bird and walked out of the hotel.

"Let's go, CJ," Eddie said as he sat in the wagon.

"Finally," CJ replied.

At the boarding house, Eddie saw Clover at the doorway waiting for CJ. Eddie passed by her and smiled.

Inside Eddie watched Desiree walking down the stairs. She was amazing and her beauty fascinated him.

"You are so beautiful," Eddie exclaimed, Desiree smiled shyly.

"Thanks Eddie, you look great, too." She replied.

"Shall we go?" Eddie asked.

Desiree took his arm and they walked towards the wagon. Desiree and Clover crossed looks but just nodded at each other.

Arriving at the ranch, Eddie and Desiree walked around and greeted some people. Eddie had the silliest smile on his face. He was feeling like the luckiest man there.

Eddie bought tickets for each raffle for him and for Desiree. They decided to eat something, and Eddie bought cupcakes for them and they drunk some punch as well.

They walked towards the products at the sale, and Eddie wanted to give Desiree something. He bought one heart shaped locket and gave it to Desiree. She smiled happily as she received his gift. He also bought 4 paper flowers.
