Blythe finished sorting the last mail delivery of the day, placing each family's mail into their box. She had to buy Meg and Luke a wedding present, and she knew just the thing. She had seen some people in the store, buying their gifts, but she wasn't sure what they needed, so she was going to give them something they could enjoy.

She walked to the Silver Spoon and purchased a gift certificate for a romantic meal for two. That taken care of, she went back to the store and found a greeting card. She signed the card and put the certificate inside before placing it in the envelope. She would give it to Meg and Luke at the reception that was being held on May 12.
