Bears Beautique is the newest addition to my farm. She is a sweetheart, and will also become a mom, next year. "Courtney", as we call her, is sired by a Lord Appleton son and out of a Applevale Boy King daughter. She was purchased at the Mississippi Valley Morgan Club sale March 25,2001. Courtney is a darker red bay, with no white on her. In May I finally made all of the arrangements to get her bred and picked a stallion. The stallion she is bred to is Kirby's half brother- Hylee Mystical Lark. "Lark" is by Waseeka's Skylark and out of Rose Hill Lapapillion. He is 15.1hands and seal brown. I look forward to a brand new baby on the ground (alive and well hopefully) next May/June! I've even come up with a few names, of course! Until I know if its a filly or colt I can't really decide! I'll keep everyone posted on how it turns out! |
